Kimberly Zak is the CRM & Operations Analyst at Resonant Capital Advisors. Kimberly joined Resonant with more than 10 years of experience in operations in the financial service industry. Kimberly works on process improvement, CRM management, and technology integrations that enhance efficiency and elevate the client experience.
In her role, Kimberly helps oversee operational systems, leads workflow optimization initiatives, and software integrations to support client experience. Known for her detail-oriented approach and collaborative style, she is committed to building streamlined processes that deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science/Consumer Affairs from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and brings expertise in systems implementation, data analysis, and team training. She lives in Verona with her husband Chris and has two children, Adam and Kate.
