Client Service Associate

Resonant Capital Advisors is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) providing planning, investment, and advisory services to individual and institutional clients. The firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Service Associate to work in client service and advisor support. This position will work directly with Resonant’s highly-experienced client service team and will interface with firm management, officers, and clients daily. The position will be involved in all non-investment and advisory elements of the client’s experience from account-opening to custodial interactions through to money movement and reporting. This position will also onboard and orientate clients to the firm’s reporting systems. A successful candidate will be highly competent in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple tasks and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
