Felicity Allen is a Client Service Associate at Resonant Capital Advisors. Her role at Resonant includes working directly with clients on their requests, including on transactional needs, account opening and transitioning and overall operational areas critical to meeting Resonant’s high client service standards.
Prior to Resonant, Felicity worked for U.S. Bank as a Custody Operations Analyst 2. In this role, she served as a team lead for the Mutual Fund Account Transfers team.
Felicity is a Waukesha, WI native and graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh with a degree in Economics and Finance, emphasizing international economics. She now lives on the west side of Madison. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors in good weather, golfing, and staying active.

My mom and dad shaped me into the person I am today. While it's not three people they have influenced me the most.
- What do you do to turn things around when you are having a bad day?
When it is nice outside, I like to take a walk as well as remember it’s just a bad moment and try to continue the day with a positive mindset.
