If you have a completely open schedule on a weekend, what do you most enjoy doing?

In a perfect world I am hiking with my kids in Colorado.

Who are the three people that have influenced you the most?

My parents have obviously had the most influence over me. For a not so obvious answer I would say that I’ve gained many insightful lessons from the works of Walter Isaacson and his biographies for Steve Jobs, Da Vinci, Einstein, Franklin, Musk and many other phenomenal works.

What’s the last book you read?

Comfort Crisis by Michael Easter.

What song would you sing at karaoke night?

Tiny Dancer by Elton John. I would try to get the audience singing along to replicate the scene in the movie “Almost Famous”.

What's the first job you ever held?

Shoveling asphalt on a road construction crew.

What's your secret talent that no one knows about?

My wife claims my falsetto rivals Frankie Valli. I respectfully disagree.

If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?

Neuroplasticity – understanding how the brain can change and adapt as we age.
